Inspect the Laptop and Identify the Fault

The technician checks the laptop's physical condition and symptoms, including charging problems, display issues, keyboard or trackpad faults, overheating, unusual noises, and startup problems.

Fixed Repair Quote

Clear quote before any chargeable work. Inspection fee (from $80 incl. GST) is credited toward the final price.

Repair or Replace the Faulty Component

Depending on the diagnosis, the repair may involve replacing a battery, keyboard, screen, charging port, fan, storage drive or another laptop-specific component. Where appropriate, internal connections and components are repaired rather than replacing unrelated hardware.

Full Testing

The laptop is tested again to make sure the original fault has been resolved and that the repaired or replaced component is working correctly.

We call or text when ready. 48-hour standard turnaround, 3–5 days if parts are ordered.
