What is your standard repair time?
Advanced Computers standard repair time is 48 hours (or 3 – 5 working days if special part needs to be ordered). 1 hour express and same day service is available on request, booking is required.
Do you also fix Mac?
Yes, we do fix Macs. We do have in house Apple certified technicians to work on your Mac. Advanced Computers is the only company in New Zealand that can troubleshoot Mac motherboards for affordable and fast repairs with quality assurance, instead of quoting costly and slow replacement jobs that other repairers typically do.
Do you also fix TVs?
Yes we fix TV’s, covering major brands like Panasonic, Sony, LG, Samsung, Philips. Our TV repair team also can repair TV models from overseas.
Do you also fix Mobile phones, smart phones?
Yes we fix mobile phones and smart phones, covering Apple iPhones (all generations), Samsung Galaxy phones (all generations), other phones of Nokia, Sony, LG, HTC, Huawei, etc . Our mobile phone repair team also can repair phone models from overseas.
Do you also fix DSLR digital cameras?
Yes we can assist you on DSLR digital camera cleaning, repair and insurance claims, covering the most common brands, e.g. Canon and Nikon. We offer the highest grade and professional sensor cleaning service. We cater for everything from small APC chips to full-frame, Mirrorless or DSLR.
Do you also data recovery?
Yes we can help you on data recovery from media interface of SATA, IDE, Flash, SAS, SCSI and Raid.
Do you repair my service item in store?
Yes our technicians do your repairs in store.
Do we have staff that are able to speak Chinese and other languages?
Yes we have staff that can speak both English and Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese). We also have staff can speak Korean, Spanish, Afrikaans to provide you further assistance.
If I am not in Auckland, can you also help my repair?
Yes, our repair service covers New Zealand nationwide. Please send in your service items to our branch office located at 7C Triton Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632. You also can just book online Request a Repair.

For small items, we will send back at NO FREIGHT CHARGE. Our standard turnaround time 48 hours applies on repair items from outside of Auckland, counting from item received.
