How soon before a computer technician will visit?

In most cases we can have a technician onsite within 1 working day. You can specify the time that would suit you best in the booking form below.

Can all computer issues / faults be fixed on-site?

We can resolve a variety of common computer issues and faults on-site including networking issues, virus infections and removal, basic data recovery and some hardware failures.

Faults or issues that require replacement parts cannot always be fixed on-site and when you submit the booking form below if we don’t believe your issue can be rectified on-site we will recommend you bring or courier your device to one of our workshops.

How much does it cost?

  • The first hour of onsite support is $115 including GST and is the minimum charge.
  • Each additional hour is $115 including GST and is charged in 15 minute increments.
  • Travel to your home / office is charged at $1 per km calculated as a return trip from our workshop that is nearest your location (either Penrose or Wairau Park).

Note: Windows Server troubleshooting is charged at $184 per hour. A 25% surcharge will be applied for support outside of our standard times (9:30am – 6pm, Monday – Friday)

We cover most suburbs in the Greater Auckland area. If your suburb is not covered we will advise you when confirming your booking.
