TV Repairs

1. Deliver your damaged or broken TV to our North Shore workshop

or:

Request for your TV to be picked up from your home or workplace

2. Our technicians will inspect your TV and call you with the diagnosis and the price to fix. Turnaround time for inspection is 2 working days.

3. If you are happy with the estimate we provide, we will proceed with the repairs. Please note the estimate we provide is based on our knowledge and expertise however the final repair price can be subject to variation.

4. When your TV repairs are complete, we will call you to let you know your TV can be picked up. Alternatively, if desired, we will deliver it back to your home or workplace.

Advanced Computers offers a pick up and delivery service for all TV repairs. Modern TV's can be difficult to transport so we make life easier for you by picking up you broken TV and returning it when repairs are complete.

There are additional charges for pick up and delivery so to save money you can bring your TV into our North Shore workshop.

Pick Up & Delivery Area

We can pick up and deliver your television anywhere in the Greater Auckland Area from Silverdale in the North through to Papakura in the South.

Inspection Fee:

$95 inc. GST
(Inspection Fee waived if quote approved)

TV Pick Up & Delivery Fee (Auckland Wide):

Travel Fee - $49 inc. GST per trip

Mileage Charge - $1 inc. GST per km

(Mileage calculated for a return trip from our Glenfield store)

Insurance Repairs

For all insurance repairs, we bill your insurance company directly for the cost of the repairs. In many cases, your insurance company will also cover the cost of transporting your TV to and from our workshop.
