| Repair process:
For most computer repairs and
maintenance we recommend you bring your computer, laptop or other
device into our Auckland store. For some software related problems, we
can come to your premises and diagnose and fix your problem on site. If
you bring your computer or device to us, we can sometime diagnose and
fix the problem while you wait. This is subject to our technicians’
workload however, so in many cases you will have to leave your computer
or device with us and a diagnosis will be made within 2 days. Once the
problem with your computer or device has been determined, we will give
you a call with the cost to repair (or replace) and the expected repair
time.
